DELIVERY: 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Daily
No minimum order amount needed for deliveries within 5 miles from our shop. A $15 minimum order is required for deliveries more than 5 miles from our shop, and increases to $100 for locations more than 100 miles from our shop. Your delivery fee is determined by location. This charge excludes gratuity.
LOCAL DELIVERIES: When checking out, please select an appropriate shipping method based on the driving distance from our shop to your delivery location. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not select the shipping method that accurately corresponds to distance to the delivery location.
FAILED DELIVERY: Our team takes great pride in fulfilling every order as scheduled, however if we are unable to deliver your order after our first attempt to deliver due to reasons outside of our control we will hold your order at our shop for 3 days. A delivery notice will be left with instructions to pick up your order. An official photo I.D. will be required to pick up your order.
PAYMENT: For pickup and delivery orders we accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

REFUND POLICY: Once your product has been made, crafted, picked-up in person, delivered or attempted to be delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or return. Product cancelation is only allowed for orders that have not been prepared yet.
CANCELLATION: A 24-hour notice from date of scheduled delivery is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee on all orders. Orders canceled within 24-hours of the stated delivery time will be assessed a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the product.
TAX: All products taxed at the current tax rate.
